Ogden
- Type I: elevation of distal part of tuberosity
- IA: minor anterior separation
- IB: separated from metaphysis &/or epiphysis
- Type II: separation of fragment from metaphysis & remainder of epiphysis
- (intra-articular extension)
- IIA: tuberosity separated & anteriorly angulated
- IIB: tuberosity separated, anteriorly angulated & fragmented
- Type III: major separation of fragment with intra-articular displacement
- IIIA: fragment is unitary
- IIIB: fragment is comminuted
