A 30 year old motorcyclist is brought to Emergency after hitting a tree.
He is conscious, with a GCS of 14, and has no chest.abdominal/cervical spine injuries.

His left knee is deformed and painful.

Trauma series radiographs taken are shown below:

1. Given this injury is isolated, what is your management of this injury?
2. The patient is taken for an MRI after reduction of his knee, and found to have ACL, PCL and posterolateral corner injuries. What is your choice for the order of repair of these structures and why?
